Warm ham, tangy horseradish, bread that tastes like bread. Trieste has always known how to do these things, and we have no intention of improving them. At Morsigon, at Via Malcanton 8, we'll just add a contemporary touch, a few new treats, and a glass of wine that's worth it.

I went in for a quick drink and a white spritz. Then I saw the counter. Then the hot cooked ham arrived. Then another spritz, because otherwise the cooked ham would have been left alone. I left when it was dark.
