What data we collect
Data you provide us. When you book a table or contact us via the website: name, surname, phone number, email address, date and time of reservation, number of people, and any special requests (e.g., allergies or intolerances, if you choose to let us know).
Data collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time spent, collected through cookies and statistical tools.
Why we treat them and on what basis
Manage reservations and respond to requests: processing is necessary to follow up on your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Promotional communications, if you sign up for the newsletter: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Site navigation and security statistics: based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Legal, tax, and administrative obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR).
Information about allergies or intolerances is considered health data: we process it only if you voluntarily provide it to us, exclusively to ensure your safety, and we retain it for the time strictly necessary to provide the service.
How long do we keep them?
Booking data for [12] months from the date of service. Newsletter data until consent is revoked. Tax documents for 10 years, as required by law. Statistical data according to the periods indicated in the cookie policy.
To whom can they be communicated?
Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors on our behalf: the website platform provider (Wix.com Ltd.), [if applicable] booking system, [if applicable] email marketing platform, tax advisor, and IT service providers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union: in this case, the transfer occurs based on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
